Natural History Museum in Bern

  • NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM IN BERN 15 Bernastrasse Bern, BE, 3005 Switzerland (map)

After the Oslo show, the Natural History Museum in Bern, Switzerland, hosted another gig. They expanded the exhibition big time, adding new displays, sound installations, lights, and even a debut of 'Rock the Timescale'. Talks, a bar, DJs, concerts, and a family day rounded out the scene.

The Bern crew named a fossilized Jurassic sea urchin after Eluveitie, displayed alongside Etruscan jewelry. 10 Tons showcased a fossil cast of Jaggermeryx naida, an homage to Mick Jagger. Paleoartist John Sibbick, known for Bolt Thrower's art, crafted a detailed reconstruction.

A nod to Wacken Foundation with the 'Wacken ichthyo' prehistoric fish! Metal legends ACCEPT loaned the METAL HEART sculpture to ROCK FOSSILS on Tour. Over 40,000 fans experienced METAL HEART and ROCK FOSSILS, thanks to the cool logo by Bern Natural History Museum – a heart made of ancient creatures. The ROCK FOSSILS trailer featured Mark Filip and Marcel 'Schmier' Schirmer from Destruction.

Eluveitie rocked the "hall of bones," giving life to the skeletons. Don't miss "Eluveitie rocking the skeletons" – especially after sunset.
